Many yoga instructors teach only thirty postures or even less in their course. This is not enough to move every joint and muscle to its full extent. This movement and the relaxation to follow is so important relieve stress stored in the muscles.
To exercise every muscle gland and organ, I have chosen eighty yoga posters. The postures are divided into six sessions (which are recorded on two CDs each). Every session is complete with meditation. Also included are “Eye Exercises and Sounds” and “Good Morning Exercises and Good Night Relaxation. Fourteen CD’s in all.
